If they're so poor, then why do they dress so well?
In the fall of 2010, we had the opportunity to visit and minister in many churches in the Nairobi, Kenya area. We were so
profoundly touched by our experience that upon our return we began Huruma Ministries, now a non-profit corporation.

Huruma is a Swahili word meaning both
mercy and compassion. As we ministered in these churches, we were able to
feel both the mercy and compassion of the Lord for all that were being reached and ministered to. It is our goal to
minister that same mercy and compassion in His Name. However, it is not our goal to
do the ministry as much as it is to
empower the churches to do the ministry they were called to do.
